Patent posture

The Agent Action Capsule specifications are unencumbered. On July 6, 2026, the six U.S. provisional patent applications filed May 26, 2026 by Steven Walter Mih / Action State Group, Inc. — US 64/074939, 64/074948, 64/074952, 64/074957, 64/074961, and 64/074970 — were expressly abandoned under 37 CFR 1.138. Because abandoned provisional applications are confidential at the USPTO, we make the evidence available ourselves: the Patent Center abandonment confirmations and full file histories are available on request (spec@actionstate.ai).

To remove all doubt: Action State Group, Inc. and Steven Walter Mih irrevocably covenant not to assert against any party any right arising from, or claiming priority to, any of the six applications listed above. The IETF IPR disclosures of record (#7347, #7348, #7349, #7350) have been updated to state that nothing is pending and no license is required.

A broader, specification-scoped non-assertion covenant is in preparation with counsel and will be published here.
