Every draft here is an individual Internet-Draft submitted for discussion: not adopted by a working group, and not a standard. Revision and status are read from the IETF Datatracker when the site is built (last read 2026-10-03 UTC), so this page is never ahead of what is posted. A draft that has not been posted is listed without a link or a revision.

| capsules | Rust | Mesh-LLM plugin: seals a capsule for every exchange a node serves or asks for, including both sides' payment lifecycle events. Latest release v0.1.2 (4 Oct 2026). v0.1.0 (3 Oct) was the first release. v0.1.1 (4 Oct) added the settlement-records legs for paid exchanges: both sides seal their own legs for each invoice (PR #8, merged 3 Oct). v0.1.2 registers no inference provider and serves no models unless blocked models are configured.
